  Hi, my name is Kristen. I’m a wife and mother of two young children.  I’ve been on a healing journey for the past 20 years but the wildest journey of all has been the journey of motherhood.   Before having kids, I thought I had a good idea of what motherhood was. My reality has been vastly different than my expectations. After giving birth I struggled with “bouncing back,” and going back to life as it has been before. I thought I was lacking. I didn’t realize that I had shifted into a new phase in life, matrescence. Similar to adolescence, our chemistry shifts when we enter motherhood. I started to realize it was okay to give myself grace, to accept my new body, and new desires. That it’s okay to get everything you thought you wanted and still want more. In fact, that’s growth.   I want to help guide other women through the process of matrescense. I want them to know that they’re not alone and that there is help out there to navigate this new life transition. 

    I also offer Reiki sessions for energy healing. I have my 3rd degree Usui Reiki certification. Reiki practitioners have learned to be a conduit for the universal life force energy, Ki (or Chi). I have utilized Reiki for my own healing in my journey and would like to offer my services to other people to assist them in deep energy healing as well. 

I offer a range of heart-centered services designed to support healing, connection, and inner transformation. Through Reiki energy healing sessions, I facilitate the flow of universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. I also hold Mother’s Blessing ceremonies, sacred gatherings that honor and nurture mothers-to-be with intention, love, and community. Additionally, I guide individuals and groups through meditative journeys, creating space for stillness, clarity, and deeper self-awareness. Each offering is rooted in presence, intuition, and a deep reverence for the sacred within and around us.
