My Why
For most of my life, I was on a quiet journey to uncover who I truly was and how I fit into the world around me. As a child and young adult, I often felt like I was moving through life with questions that had no immediate answers—about my identity, my purpose, and where I belonged. I explored different roles, environments, and belief systems in an effort to make sense of myself. It wasn’t until I started doing the inner work—reflecting, healing old wounds, and embracing my authentic self—that I began to feel grounded. That long and sometimes painful journey shaped not only how I view the world, but also how I connect with others. I discovered that my voice had power, my story had value, and the space I took up in the world mattered. Becoming a life coach wasn’t just a career choice—it was a calling that rose from my own transformation. After navigating years of uncertainty and self-doubt, I realized how vital it is to have someone who can help guide you back to your own truth. I became a life coach to be that kind of guide. I want to walk alongside those who are wrestling with their own questions, offering insight, support, and tools that help them step into their power.
